Print Completion Process
Following the completion of printing production, you have two options: place the printer in a flushing state. The printer will automatically flush every few minutes using ink. This prevents ink from solidifying in the ink train which will lead to clogging of the nozzles. The other option, at the end of the day, you can perform a print head clean and retire the printer for the next shift.
Print range / height
The printing carriage bar can be raised to a maximum height of 7″, which will accommodate most of the materials used for printing to a thickness of 0–7″.
Hight precision vacuum table
The adsorption platform is made of a high-strength aluminum alloy plate. The high-precision drilling machine is used to drill holes in the plate. The turbo fan under the platform inhales through these holes to fix the material.

The printer has sensors that detect head strikes or objects in the path of the print head to prevent damage to the head.
