Warranty Backed by STS Inks

The DTFinks warranty protects customers who purchase and use genuine STS Inks products through DTFinks.com. As an official STS Inks company, DTFinks provides manufacturer-backed protection for approved DTF printing systems.

STS Inks formulates its products to perform in designated equipment according to published specifications. If STS ink directly causes a verified printer malfunction, STS will authorize repair or replacement at its discretion.

Coverage applies only when customers use genuine STS inks exclusively and follow OEM maintenance requirements.

What This Warranty Covers

This limited warranty includes:

• Replacement of printheads directly damaged by STS ink

• Replacement of non-consumable parts affected by verified ink-related failure

• Ink-related claims during OEM warranty coverage, excluding consumables such as wipers, dampers, filters, and pumps

• Up to $500 in technician labor directly associated with confirmed ink-related damage

Equipment outside OEM warranty may still qualify for review if ink-related damage can be verified.

Customers must contact DTFinks or STS for pre-authorization before scheduling service. Unauthorized service may result in denial of the claim.

Warranty Requirements

Coverage remains valid only when:

• The printer operates exclusively with STS inks

• The operator follows OEM maintenance guidelines

• The equipment runs under normal production conditions

Mixing inks or using third-party systems immediately voids warranty protection.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Production downtime

• Loss of revenue or profits

• Business interruption

• Ink spills outside of equipment

• Improper maintenance

• Misuse or neglect

If a service visit determines the issue is not ink-related, the customer assumes responsibility for applicable service charges.

Ink Cartridge Function Guarantee

DTFinks provides manufacturer-backed coverage on STS ink cartridges. If a cartridge fails due to a manufacturing defect, STS will replace it with a new cartridge of like kind through an authorized representative.

Customers must request authorization before service begins to maintain eligibility.
