UV LAMP CURING
The temperature and intensity of the UV Lamp is adjustable to provide instant curing of the ink on the adhesive substrate.
NOZZLE HEATING SYSTEM
This printhead has the ability to heat, controlling the viscosity in low temperature environments, ensuring property flow of inks to the head for proper jetting.
AIR COOLING UNITS
7 separate UV LED Air Cooling units which work in unison to cool the LED lamps while also being able to still run efficiently in one needs to be replaced so your printer is never down.
Laminator-roller heating system
The in-line laminator rollers are heated to accelerate drying the printed image and support proper lamination for improved efficiency.
AUTOMATIC HEAT ROLLERS
Automatic pressurized heat rollers eliminates human error and produces the ideal amount of pressure for perfect lamination between the A+B film and prevents skewing.
INK SUPPLY SYSTEM
The printer incorporates a 1.5 Liter bulk supply system to ensure continuous printing of large production needs and permits on the fly refilling. The white ink reservoir has a continuous agitator to ensure that there is no settling of white ink particles in the tank.
White Ink Recirculation
The STS S604 has a built in white ink recirculation system to prevent white ink from clogging the print heads. This ensures uninterrupted, continuous production.
Adaptive Vacuum Settings
5 various speed settings for ideal suction from the vacuum plate to properly hold down the film which reduces the likeness of head strikes and prevents the film from leaving residue on the print head.
